देहरादूनः नई दिल्ली में आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में नीति आयोग की 7वीं गवर्निंग काउंसिल की बैठक हुई. जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भी प्रतिभाग किया. बैठक में उन्होंने उत्तराखंड की विकास कार्यों की रूप रेखा और समस्याएं रखी. इस दौरान उन्होंने उत्तराखंड में टनल पार्किंग शुरू करने जानकारी भी दी. उन्होंने कहा कि इससे आने वाले समय में पार्किंग आसानी से उपलब्ध होगी और पार्यावरण को भी नुकसान नहीं पहुंचेगा. इसके अलावा उन्होंने कहा है कि श्रद्धालुओं के आने के कारण उत्तराखंड की जनसंख्या वास्तविक जनसंख्या से बढ़ जाती है, इसलिए उत्तराखंड के लिए विकास का मॉडल अलग से बनना चाहिए. हिमालयी राज्यों का बने विकास का मॉडलः मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि नीति आयोग की ओर से हिमालयी राज्यों में इकोलॉजी, जनसंख्या घनत्व, फ्लोटिंग पॉपुलेशन और पर्यावरणीय संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए ही विकास का मॉडल बनाया जाए. जो विज्ञान-प्रौद्योगिकी पर आधारित हो. पीएम मोदी की अपेक्षा के अनुसार, 21वीं शताब्दी के तीसरे दशक को उत्तराखंड का दशक बनाने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने आदर्श उत्तराखंड 2025 को अपना मंत्र बनाकर त्वरित गति से कार्य शुरू किया है. टेलर मेड स्कीम्स पर ध्यान देने की जरूरतः सीएम धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नेतृत्व में हिमालयी राज्यों के लिए एक विशेष गोष्ठी का आयोजन किया जाए. उन्होंने इसका आयोजन उत्तराखंड में करने का अनुरोध किया. उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र पोषित योजनाओं के फॉरम्यूलेशन में राज्य की विशिष्ट भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए ‘वन स्कीम फिट्स ऑल’ के स्थान पर राज्य के अनुकूल ‘टेलर मेड स्कीम्स’ तैयार करने पर भारत सरकार को विशेष ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए.
उत्तराखंड में फ्लोटिंग जनसंख्या का दबावः उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यटन, हॉर्टीकल्चर और सगंध पौध आधारित योजनाओं से राज्य को अत्यधिक लाभ प्राप्त होगा. सीएम धामी ने जल धाराओं के पुनर्जीवीकरण के लिए एक बृहद कार्यक्रम जिसमें चेक डैम एवं छोटे-छोटे जलाशय निर्माण शामिल हों, उसे शुरू करने की जरूरत बताई. उत्तराखंड में फ्लोटिंग जनसंख्या का दबाव अवस्थापना सुविधाओं पर पड़ता है. इस साल चारधाम यात्रा व कांवड़ यात्रा में करोड़ों श्रद्धालुओं का आवागमन राज्य में हुआ है. इसलिए केंद्र सरकार की ओर से वित्तीय संसाधनों के हस्तांतरण में इस महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य को भी ध्यान में रखा जाना चाहिए.
साल 2014 के बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के आशीर्वाद से सड़कों, रेलमार्गों, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं एवं विभिन्न केंद्र पोषित योजनाओं से उत्तरोत्तर प्रगति के ओर अग्रसर हैं. विश्व प्रसिद्व तीर्थ स्थल बदरीनाथ, केदारनाथ के मास्टर प्लान के अनुरुप पुनर्निर्माण कार्य भी तीव्र गति से कराया जा रहा है. इस मौके पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर धामी ने प्रदेश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्यों के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी. नीति आयोग की बैठक में उपाध्यक्ष नीति आयोग, केंद्र सरकार के मंत्री, राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री, उप-राज्यपाल और शासी परिषद के अन्य सदस्य उपस्थित रहे.
