नवविवाहिता की सेल्फी के दौरान खाई में गिरने से मौत के मामले में देवप्रयाग पुलिस ने उसके पति को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। मृतका के भाई की शिकायत मिलने के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी पति राहुल सैनी को मुरादाबाद घर से गिरफ्तार किया है। बीते मंगलवार शाम को नव विवाहिता प्रियंका (27) अपने पति राहुल सैनी के साथ बाइक से केदारनाथ से वापस घर लौट रही थी। सौडपाणी में कथित रूप से सेल्फी लेते हुए उसकी खाई में गिरने से मौत होने की बात पति राहुल द्वारा पुलिस को बताई गई थी। एससी, एसटी समुदाय से जुड़ी मृतका प्रियंका के भाई गौरव कुमार पुत्र स्व. विजय पाल निवासी ग्राम शेरुआ धर्मपुर थाना सिविल लाइन जिला मुरादाबाद उप्र. द्वारा थाना देवप्रयाग में इस संबंध में तहरीर दी। पुलिस ने मृतका के पति राहुल सैनी के खिलाफ विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार किया है। तहरीर में आरोप लगाया है कि उसकी बहन प्रियंका और राहुल सैनी ने घरवालों के विरोध के बावजूद बीते 27 जुलाई को प्रेम विवाह किया था। राहुल विवाह के बाद से ही दहेज को लेकर प्रियंका से झगड़ा करता रहता था। आरोप लगाया कि बीती 31 जुलाई को हरिद्वार ले जाने की बात कहकर राहुल प्रियंका को केदारनाथ ले गया। प्रियंका को धक्का देकर खाई में गिरा दिया।
